COVID-19 AND YOUR CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY CASE

In addition, if you're currently in a confirmed chapter 13 case, and are financially impacted by the pandemic, the CARES act will afford you the opportunity to file a modified plan or possibly extend your plan an additional 24 months.
